Who we are

EzyStands is a product of Piar OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@ezystands.com.

What data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

  • Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, the stands and quantities you selected, your message, and any files you upload (logo, artwork, filled templates).
  • Consent record: your cookie choices, stored on your device and in a cookie so we remember them.

Why we use it & legal basis

We use the data solely to respond to your request and prepare a quote or design proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for optional cookies, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

Strictly necessary storage (your cart and consent choice) keeps the site working and needs no consent. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel) that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Any future cookie-based analytics or marketing stays off until you allow itvia the consent banner — change your choice anytime through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors strictly to operate the site: hosting and file storage on Vercel, and transactional email via Resend. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain request data and uploaded files only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, then delete them. Uploaded files can be removed earlier on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any right, or to withdraw consent, email hello@ezystands.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
